How do our prebooks work? 

• Prebooks are open for a limited time (end on a specified day, PST). 
• Prebook turn-times (delivery to our warehouse) vary based upon complexity of item and time of year. Products are anticipated to not take more than 90 days, and anticipated delivery times are listed for each product at time of purchase. 
• The closing date/time for each pre-booking will be listed in the product description. 
• Please do not order PREBOOK items and IN STOCK items together.
• Placing PREBOOK orders in a commitment to buy. 
• If a PREBOOK needs to be cancelled, an email needs to be sent prior to the items arriving, not after the order has been packed and invoiced. We will offer a one-time cancellation on a PREBOOK order, after that you will be restricted from placing PREBOOK orders in the future. 
• If you request to cancel a PREBOOK, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• If your address changes between when the PREBOOK order is placed and when the PREBOOK items arrive to us, please email us so we can update the mailing address. 
• PLEASE NOTE : NOT ALL PREBOOKS GO INTO PRODUCTION- SOME MANUFACTERERS DON'T GET ENOUGH UNITS SOLD TO BE ABLE TO ORDER A STYLE, in this case you will be notified and receive a full refund to the payment used at the time of purchase.
